Locally Sourced Materials
Materials used within our manufacturing processes are sourced from local suppliers to reduce our carbon footprint.
Clay Recycling
All clay waste used in our manufacturing processes are 100% recycled by our local supplier or internally within our factory.
Recycled Packaging
We source and use eco friendly packaging which is from recycled card and is biodegradable.
Glaze Recycling
Our glaze spray machine has an inline recycling system built into the process for efficient reclaim of liquid glaze.
Catalytic Heaters
Catalytic gas heaters that are 95% efficient are used for pre heat and post heat on our glaze spray production line.
Mould Recycling
Our worn plaster moulds from production are 100% recyclable into a lower grade material used in the building trade.
Repurposing Heat
Heat energy used in kiln firings cooling process is repurposed into internal drier systems and heating the factory.
Quality Standards
All our products manufactured are compliant to Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004 and Commission Regulation (EC) No 2023/2006.
Lead Free
Our clay body, glaze and colour pigments used in screen printing are lead free materials.
